Haulfile is provided “as is”. It checks and does the arithmetic on the mileage and fuel records you provide, using IFTA's published tax-rate matrices. It is not tax advice and doesn't file anything. You remain responsible for your records, for checking every figure, and for filing and paying with your base jurisdiction on time. Haulfile is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by IFTA, Inc. or any member jurisdiction.

Free plan

The free plan lets you check quarters of any size and see a limited number of full jurisdiction lines, for personal or business use.

Pro

Pro is licensed per person. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; the 7-day pass expires after 7 days. Refunds are available within 14 days if Haulfile can't read your files or work out the return correctly.

Acceptable use

Don't resell or redistribute license keys.

Trademarks

Excel and other names are trademarks of their respective owners. FuelTaxDesk, IFTAfy, Tezify and TruckLogics are mentioned only for comparison. Haulfile is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any of them.
